Project Management
MTD establishes a single point contact for our customer, who oversees
the project from beginning to end. This Project Manager (PM) has authority to
drive the process and to keep it on track. The PM will develop a timeline in
conjunction with the customers needs. This timeline is developed through the
APQP process, and each department signs up for it success. Our customers are
kept “in-the-loop” through e-mails, by phone or by visits so that they know
exactly where their project is.

after sign-off; we can help you later with design changes, maintenance or
service support, such as running parts for you when a contingency is needed.
